She Loves Smiles: little words

I have something for you:

Spend your monthly salary this time not on a pair of shoes, new clothing or just new material things.. Money is something material also (though, money is crucial these days), and if you are living your life to the fullest, it would not harm to give out your money on something that'll lasts longer than any material thing. Maybe save 10 precent of your monthly salary for a college or an investment for greater good. And other things out of the ordinary like: pay the groceries of a stranger, buy something for someone who can't afford it.. you name it! As we step out of our comfort zone, we take our life to another level, we are getting closer to perfect (not perfect, as in perfect like the media says, but perfect in our own way.. Perfect with the feeling you are free as a bird and living, loving your life to the fullest).

And if money is scarce.. don't feel pushed my friend.
You will always have your own, lovely smile!
And bring that to others, let us see how great you really are..

- This blog represents the beauty of our smiles. It's a sure thing that suicide, cutting, wanting to fit in really bad, idolizing a famous person, not agreeing with our parent(s)/caretaker and finding our sexual identity is a part of being a teenager and a part of growing up. You can't deny this phase; we all experience this part of our live. Some will experience worser things than others, but we will survive.
I want to point out, that She Loves Smiles is for those who are choosing smiles instead of frownes.
We want to persue happiness instead of pursuing depression.
Something out of our comfort zone.
Topics as suicide and cutting are very serious and it's not something you make fun of at all. (People who make fun of 'emo's' or just the whole cutting, are just people who know they have their own problems, but instead of putting their problems in the spotlights, they blame the 'emo's')

To Write Love on Her Arms is a movement/project that's more close to help you to prevent and solve, wanting to commit suicide or have urges of cutting yourself, also http://www.samaritans.co.uk/ can help a lot!

It doesn't mean suicide an cutting topics can't be discussed in this blog. Just, the meaning of She Loves Smiles is closer to a phase in our life where we accept our negativity and smile while we live. It's definitely not forbidden to talk or discuss about our negative experience either, but our postivity gotta stick out. And it doesn't mean, if you have thoughts about suicide or cutting that you are immidiately excluded from She Loves Smiles, not at all. Everyone is welcome and so are you!

Wanting attention is a part of our nature and if we don't recieve real love from our family, friends or colleagues, we will find this attention somehow, somewhere..
So, I also want to point out that I have experienced people who are faking suicide and faking the cutting or are attempting to commit suicide or do cut themselves just because they want the attention.
It's the attention and the love they miss in their life.
We have to know, mean people or not, we are in this together.
And experiencing something really bad can defenitely effect our life in a tremendous kind of way, more than words can describe, but we have to seek for the positive instead of seeking for the negative. Let me tell ya; the negative will only make us feel more miserable.

There's nothing to hide and there's nobody who doesn't deserve a happy, positive and free life.

Q: What is She Loves Smiles?

A: to get away from whatever is causing you stress in your life.
smile with your heart and know you'll get through. it's not hard; we make it hard..
this started with the story of my own life: I’ve never felt ok and I’ve never felt comfortable, but since December 2007 my life completely changed..
no, it's not a person who changed my life and it's not an animal or material things that changed my life;
I changed my own life.

I chose to be happy and I chose to pursue this with others also.
happiness is a decision not some fate that’ll come along whenever fate wants it to come along.
you can be happy with yourself, by starting with yourself.
I see so many people who are still not themselves, because they are completely isolated by the media of today, and that makes my heart crush.
we constantly live in fear and it doesn’t feel comfortable at all.
we have to constantly think what others may think of us.
is my outfit ok? doesn’t this look funny? is this cool?
before we even go out of our house, we already give ourselves so much anxiety,
and that’s not good.
we let the fear get the best of us.
for the ones we already were when we could even breath: we want that innocence back.
don’t you want to live a genuinely happy life?
and even when you feel you have a pretty good life so far,
dig deep (even if you don’t like the feeling of digging deep), the world does not melt
away when you go think about your life for a while.
the world won’t go away, it’s still here, don’t panic.
and let me ask you a question, and before I ask you this question: please answer
with the truth and nothing but the truth. Its for your own good:

‘are you genuinely happy?’

well, most of the time people say: ‘Umm.. well, I guess so?’
why don’t you know it For sure. Are you afraid of something? Do you fear you won’t be liked by all of the world? Is there something you’re hiding? Why should you hide anything when all we want to have is peace in our minds? Material things don’t matter compare to your own lively spirit! Give your own life and yourself a chance to breath..
without being captivated by the newest trends or by the hollywood gossips.
Men made this world a material kind of world, where money, power and looking good are the top priority.
but you know,
I will certainly not stop myself from having my piece of this world; I won’t let myself be swept away by the persons of the media who are trying to manipulate my life.
I chose to be happy, through all this chaos and through all the negative things in my life.
what is negativity? and when are you even allowed to cry over something? If you feel like crying: cry. It’s alright and it’s ok.
I wish I could be everyone's shoulder to cry on, so that everybody would have someone by her/his side to release their fears, whenever and wherever (besides God then, of course).
and through break-ups, bad relationships with our parents, peer pressure from your friends, pressure from school, wanting to fit in, pressure from work,

I want to break that circle!
feel free, set yourself free from unnecessary negativity, let yourself be swept away by your own freedom and BE free!

Q: What is the goal of She Loves Smiles?

A: to make people more aware of their own happiness; to give a genuine smile to everyone he/she meets. To show that being open and free isn't scary or isn't difficult. Everybody can smile and it'll make this world a better place. A place where you can smile to a stranger without being afraid or have any strings attached to it. Smile to anyone who looks sad or lost. Help one another and don't be afraid of anything. There's nothing to be afraid of; if you just let your heart speak and let your life be leaded by God. And let me tell you: it will be hard in the beginning, but it's totally worth it.

There are many organisations, programs on TV, billboards with the right attitude to try to make this world a better place also. Like for example the TV-show MADE on MTV. In the beginning of each show, a couple of kids tell the camera what they want with their life. (“I want to be fierce,” “I want to be taken seriously”) It’s great there are other people thinking about others also, but it doesn’t get much more than that. The person who is being ‘made’ might change, but the rest of the world will be the same as always. Might be a little bit overwhelmed by the changes the person who’s been made, made, but not more than that. Even people say or know the right thing to do, to actually, live a happier life than they are living right now. But the problem is:

nobody is willing to stand up for the truth.

Everybody is scared of the truth. Nobody wants to be the first one to say something, nobody has said before.

With She Loves Smiles, I want to continue where everybody stops.

With She Loves Smiles you can focus more on the happy side of life. After we've gone through any negativity in our own life or just got out of a very dark period, we need to be more aware of the happiness in us and in the world around us.
The more we put the truth in everybody’s daily life, the more we’ll get it and the more we’ll love life instead of hate it. Because really, there’s nothing to hate about our own life. We just make it way harder than it actually is. Sadly, in the world we’re living in right now, it’s hard to let ourselves not be overwhelmed by, for example, the media. And that’s why with She Loves Smiles, we can make life happier.

I can make it, so you can make it. Together we can. Smile when you feel like it! Smile with all your heart. Set us free from the fear we're living in.

Q: what can we expect in the near future?

A: many, many things: participate and help for another lovely miracle! For example:

- Every day/week newsletter with a real life diary of (unknown) and many more specials.
- 'Help! I need help with an apology letter/a love letter/a 'miss you' letter/a 'just saying hello' letter' : I will personally help the ones who are lost with their letter.
- T-shirts, buttons and postcards.
- CYLIA'S BOOK(story is finished, but still busy with the finishing touches) and CD of the book(listen instead of read it): all in progress of making.
